劉振球（1911年—1997年6月5日），福建省上杭縣人，中國人民解放軍將領、中國人民解放軍開國少將。
清宣統三年（1911年）十月生。1929年參加中國工農紅軍，1930年加入中國共產黨[1]。歷任紅軍排長、連政委、團副政委，八路軍營教導員、團政委。1949年10月中華人民共和國成立後，任江西軍區副司令員、參謀長。1955年，授予中國人民解放軍少將[2]。1959年調任福建省軍區第一副司令員。1964年4月因病離休。
