凱蒂·荷姆斯（或譯為凱蒂·福爾摩斯；英語：Katie Holmes，1978年12月18日—）是美國女演員，憑藉於1998年播映的電視劇《戀愛時代》打響名頭，以電影《靈異大逆轉》的演出為人熟悉。
早年生活
凱蒂·荷姆斯在1978年於美國俄亥俄州托萊多出生[1]。她母親凱瑟琳(Kathleen Stothers)是家庭主婦和慈善家；父親大馬丁·約瑟夫·荷姆斯(Martin Joseph Holmes, Sr.)在1945年出生，是處理離婚案的律師[2]；她有4個姐姐、1個哥哥，是家中年紀最小的。她現居於俄亥俄州盧卡斯縣西爾韋尼亞鎮(en:Sylvania Township, Lucas County, Ohio)一家義大利式的屋子[3][4]。
2005年後
