凡城圍城戰（土耳其語：Van Kuşatması），是鄂圖曼帝國期間在凡城（今土耳其）爆發的一場圍城戰。
為了徹底消除在鄂圖曼帝國東部的波斯沙阿塔赫瑪斯普一世的威脅，蘇萊曼一世於1548年3月29日開始了第二次向東征討，先於7月27日攻陷了大不里士，然後在5天後又包圍了這座城。後來埃爾祖魯姆省總督烏拉瑪帕夏接管了圍城，並於8月25日攻下此城。
在土耳其軍隊中隨行提供軍事軍事建議的法國大使加布里埃爾·德·呂茲在本戰中給蘇萊曼提供了一些幫助，他為大炮的置放地點提供了意見。
