冮瑞（1958年5月—），男，滿族[1]，遼寧彰武人，中華人民共和國政治人物。中央黨校經濟管理專業在職研究生學歷[2]。
生平
1980年2月參加工作。1984年10月加入中國共產黨。1986年11月起，先後擔任遼寧省商業廳計劃業務處副處長、處長，遼寧省貿易廳市場處處長，遼寧省經貿委副主任、黨組成員等職務[3]。2006年1月，轉任中共本溪市委副書記，2007年1月，任本溪市委副書記、市長。2008年起，擔任第十一屆全國人民代表大會遼寧地區代表[4]。2009年12月，任中共本溪市委書記[3]。2015年4月，任遼寧省人民政府副省長[5]。2018年1月，任遼寧省政協副主席[1]。
