公孫永（?—?），字子陽，十六國襄平郡（今遼寧省遼陽市）人。
公孫永恬靜虛己好學，隱居在平郭南山，自耕自食，吟詠山水之間，怡然自得。年九十餘歲，與公孫鳳都被前燕皇帝慕容暐徵召至鄴城，不言不拜。一年多之後，假裝發狂，被送還平郭。前秦天王苻堅慕其名，派人探視，未至，公孫永已經去世，苻堅追諡他為崇虛先生。
