烏督飯是印度尼西亞風味的蒸飯,它起源於印度尼西亞多個地方,但較具體的說法是雅加達[1][2]。和馬來西亞的椰漿飯類似。
它是由蒸飯與椰漿、肉豆蔻粉、桂皮、高良薑、香茅與黃姜等等混合起來而形成的。常與預先在熱辣原湯裡褒過的炸雞、牛肉與內臟一起食用。
