卢挚（约1241年—约1315年），字处道，一字莘老，号疏斋，又号嵩翁，涿郡（今河北省涿县）人[1]。元散曲作家及诗人。
至元五年（1268年）进士[2]，累迁河南路总管。大德初年，授集贤学士，再出任湖南岭北道肃政廉访使。晚年寓居宣城。卢挚以诗名闻世，但其诗集已经散佚，不过留有一百二十多首散曲，是元朝个人散曲作品留存较多者[3]。其散曲与姚燧齐名，时称“姚、卢”，与马致远、珠帘秀[4]等相唱和。著有《疏斋集》。
