小冢崇彦（1989年2月27日—）为日本男子花样滑冰选手。他夺得2011年世锦赛亚军，日本锦标赛冠军，2006年世青赛冠军，2009年四大洲季军、2次大奖赛总决赛冠军，以及2005–2006年青年大奖赛总决赛冠军。

个人生活
他出生于日本名古屋市。他的父亲小冢嗣彦曾作为单人滑选手参加1968年冬奥，母亲为冰舞选手，他的祖父小冢光彦曾是满洲国的花样滑冰选手，战后创办了爱知县滑冰联盟及猎户座花样滑冰俱乐部。[1] 由于双亲都是教练，所以他3岁就在冰上玩，5岁正式投入练习。[2] 他在中京大学研究体育教育。[3]他的论文比较了在地面上和冰上的跳跃。[4]他任职于丰田汽车，为他的赞助商之一。[3]
