2002年5月，该公司被动视收购，并于2005年搬到加利福尼亚州福斯特城。[2]2008年初，工作室更名为Underground Development。2008年4月19日，动视宣布，该工作室将在完成PlayStation3版Enemy Territory: Quake Wars后关闭。[3]然而，工作室继续运营，并在2009年2月移动到红木海岸地区加利福尼亚州红木城的一个新的办公室[4]。
2010年2月11日，因为维旺迪的一个削减成本计划，动视关闭该工作室。
