国家信息服务部（KHadamat-e Aetla'at-e Dawlati，简称KHAD），是阿富汗民主共和国安全机构和信息机构，成立于1978年，并在苏联占领阿富汗期间还担任秘密警察的工作。
KHAD名义上是阿富汗的国家部门，但事实上受苏联KGB严格控制至1989年，1986年1月升格为正式部门，称国家安全局。
在阿富汗民主共和国倒台后，KHAD成为反对派北方联盟的信息机构。
