Arica School

Personality）的性格理論，與艾瑞卡學院（英语：Arica School）發展的性格形態學說有關。 1950年代，玻利維亞人奧斯卡·伊茲查洛（英语：Oscar Ichazo）曾至阿富汗旅行。後來在智利的艾瑞卡市，創辦艾瑞卡學院（英语：Arica School）。美國的艾瑞卡學院也在1970年成立。
