2005年能源政策法令

《2005年能源政策法令》（英语：Energy Policy Act of 2005）为美国国会于2005年7月29日通过，并由美国总统乔治·华克·布什于同年8月8日在新墨西哥州阿布奎基的桑迪亚国家实验室签署之美国国会法令。提倡者称该法令旨在因应美国国内能源需求增加的问题，透过租税减免（英语：Energy subsidies）及债务担保（英语：Loan guarantee）而促使美国能源政策走向多元化。

时任美国总统的小布什正在签署2005年能源政策法令，该法令透过优惠奖励与补助津贴来促进美国核能电厂的兴建，包括高达20亿美元的预算超支来投入六座新的核能电厂^[1]。

《1935年公用事业控股公司法令（英语：Public Utility Holding Company Act of 1935）》自此被该法令所取代，并于2006年2月起生效。^[2]
