1881年成文法编正及民事诉讼程序法令

《1881年成文法编正及民事诉讼程序法令》（英语：Statute Law Revision and Civil Procedure Act 1881；44 & 45 Vict c 59）是英国国会的一项法令。该法令的草案称为《成文法编正及民事诉讼程序法案》（Statute Law Revision and Civil Procedure Bill）。^[3]

该法令由《1989年成文法（废除）法令（英语：Statute Law (Repeals) Act 1989）》第1(1)条及附表1第XI部废除。

第2条

本条订定本法令不可引伸适用于苏格兰或爱尔兰。

第6条

本条由《1925年最高司法院（综合）法令》第226(1)条及附表6废除。

《1906年公诉部规则》（Crown Office Rules 1906）是根据该条授予的权限制定的。关于该条及该规则，请参阅R v Amendt一案。^[4]
