黑边深海康吉鳗（学名：Bathycongrus retrotinctus），又名黑顶康吉鳗，为糯鳗科深海康吉鳗属下的一个种。该物种于1901年由大卫·斯塔尔·乔丹和约翰·奥特贝恩·斯奈德共同描述，主要分布于西太平洋。
