鲁鼎梅（？—？），字调元，号燮堂，江西新城县人，中国清朝官员。乾隆七年（1742年）壬戌科进士，乾隆十四年（1749年）由德化知县调至台湾，接替周缉敬，担任台湾府台湾县知县。因台志长久未修，故请德化进士王必昌前来修志，成《重修台湾县志》十五卷。乾隆十九年（1754年）被弹劾革职[1]。
