鲁奎雅·宾·穆罕默德（阿拉伯语：رقية بنت محمد，Ruqayya bint Muhammad），出生于601年左右的麦加，是伊斯兰教先知穆罕默德与妻子海迪彻的次女。
鲁奎雅原先与穆罕默德的堂兄弟乌特巴·本·阿比·拉哈布订婚。后来乌特巴在父亲阿卜列霍贝的压力下，解除了与鲁奎雅的婚约。[1]615年左右鲁奎雅与已成为穆罕默德同伴并昄依伊斯兰教的奥斯曼·本·阿凡结婚，两人有一个儿子阿卜杜拉·本·奥斯曼，但他在五岁时夭折。鲁奎雅在624年因病去世。[2]
