生涯
2021年6月20日，在乙级联赛对阵观塘比赛中，观塘球员刘俊达进攻时，被陈耀麟从后踢倒，令刘往前几米后跌倒，导致刘需要送院治理，其后证实左膝盖骨断裂，需要进行手术。[1]
