陈晓晴（英文名：Rachel Chan，1989年8月11日—），香港女演员、司仪及模特儿，为2014年度中华才艺小姐决赛佳丽之一，曾获第八届 I.T. Image Girl 最上镜小姐及社会亲善大使。生于香港，中学就读赛马会体艺中学，大学时于英国约克大学主修心理学学士，回港后于国际学校当老师，其后于香港理工大学修读翻译与传译文学硕士。[1][2] 2015年，曾报名参选2015年度香港小姐竞选，但未能入围最后12强。[3]
2017年，陈晓晴创立舞蹈武术女子组合“炫风少女”。[4]
她同时也是《星岛日报》节目“星岛申诉王”的记者之一。
