陈尚文，JP（英语：Simon Chan Sheung-man，1966年3月18日—[1]），香港公务员，现任东区民政事务专员。陈在1988年7月加入香港政府，及后于1989年获布政司署工商司聘任为二级助理贸易主任，曾被派遣至英国伦敦的香港政府驻伦敦办事处任职[1][2]。他在2008年时为工业贸易署首席贸易主任，向受2007年—2008年环球金融危机影响的中小型企业提供信贷担保额[3]。他在2010年转任于政务职系，获派于教育局及公务员事务局任职，曾负责香港专上教育及港府人事编制等政策[2][4][5]。他于2018年6月13日接替邓如欣出任东区民政事务专员，并在同月29日起担任官守太平绅士[2][6]，也于香港2021年度授勋及嘉奖名单中获颁行政长官公共服务奖状[7]。
