除雪或铲雪（Snow Removal），也就是清除积雪的意思。这项工作一般由个人或家庭以及政府和机构完成的。而政府或机构在除雪时，通常都会出动冬季服务车辆协助[1][2][3]；而个人方面，通常只会用雪铲来清除。
除了人手和机器除雪外，亦有使用盐或沙来除雪。
在美国或加拿大的城市，一般要求居民在降雪后上班前的时间义务为居所前的人行道除雪[4]，否则可能会收到市政府的警告书[5]或会被罚款150元（美元或加元）[6]，以确保道路使用者及行人的安全[7][8]。
