阿瑟·邓克尔（Arthur Dunkel，1932年8月23日—2005年6月5日)，瑞士人，1980年－1993年任关税与贸易总协定总干事，积极推动各国间的自由贸易，1991年尾开始草拟乌拉圭会谈的内容，奠定了1994年乌拉圭会谈的基础，成功促使超过120个国家参与成立世界贸易组织。[1]
