金义华（1948年—），汉族，中华人民共和国政治人物、第十一届全国政协委员。
加入中国共产党后曾担长江航道局组织部部长。在担任组织部部长期间，公然不执行国务院总理赵紫阳的批示和中央政策，导致国家央企公然反抗中央政策的局面，并出现共和国老兵30年上访无果的冤案。正是这种欺上瞒下的人后来青云直上，担任长江航务管理局局长、党委委员。[来源请求]2008年3月，当选第十一届全国政协委员[1]，代表中华全国总工会，分入第十七组。[2]
