路德威·白蒙（英语：Ludwigs Bemelmans，1898年4月27日—1962年10月1日），美国童书作家，生于奥匈帝国。

生平
路德威·白蒙于1898年出生于奥地利蒂罗尔州。他的父亲是一位画家；他的母亲则是一位富有的啤酒酿造商的女儿。在他很小时，父母就离婚了他跟随外公长大。他喜欢画画，却遭到外公反对。14岁那年他被送到经营旅馆的叔叔那里当学徒，但他还不断惹是生非，最后的家人让他作出决择：是要去少年犯管教所或移居美国。他拿着一叠叔叔写给有名旅馆经理的介绍信去了美国，这年他16岁。
