越南民国（越南语：Việt Nam Dân Quốc，英语：People's State of Vietnam，Peopledom of Vietnam[原创研究？]）是越南光复会主张建立的国家。受辛亥革命鼓舞，1912年3月越南独立运动家潘佩珠在中国广州成立越南光复会，希望推翻法国殖民政府，在越南成立民主共和制的“越南民国”[1]。
