宾特朱拜勒（阿拉伯语：بنت جبيل），是黎巴嫩的城镇，位于该国东南部，由纳巴泰省负责管辖，是宾特朱拜勒县的首府，面积8平方公里，海拔高度770米，2008年人口16,526，人口密度每平方公里2,061人。
