谭垣[1]（？—？），字牧亭，号桂峤，江西省赣州府龙南县人，清朝政治人物，同进士出身。
乾隆十三年（1739年）登戊辰科进士。曾任建宁府政和县知县。乾隆二十九年（1764年）五月，调任台湾府凤山县知县。任内缉盗安民，重视建设。三年后届满，士民依依不舍，刻立“大邑侯谭公德政碑”以为纪念，其碑在凤山县旧城（今高雄左营）敕建天后宫，战后置于新吉庄兴隆净寺内。谭垣后升任道员。
