蔡渊（1156年—1236年），字伯静，号节斋，福建建阳人，为蔡元定之长子。
蔡渊生于绍兴二十六年（1156年），幼颖悟，少时承父训，追随朱熹学习，后隐居九峰山。曾任婺州教授。卒于端平三年（1236年）。著有《大学思问》、《易象意言》、《周易训解》等。
