菲利普·李（Phillip Lee，1970年9月28日—）是一位英格兰政治人物，他毕业于伦敦帝国学院医学专业。2010年5月，他代表保守党出选并当选成为布拉克内尔选区选出的英国下议院议员，后于2019年9月退出保守党并加入自由民主党，即时直接令庄汉生的保守党政府失去下议院多数支持。但未几于年末输掉议席。[1]。
