自治政府协会（英语：Home Government Association）是一个主张爱尔兰自治的倡议团体，由艾萨克·巴特成立。
1870年5月19日，协会于都柏林比尔顿酒店（Bilton's Hotel）举行了首次会议，61名不同政治和宗教信仰的人士出席或支持，其中包括6名芬尼亚成员。因此，巴特很可能于发起倡议之前已与爱尔兰共和兄弟会有所协商。[1]1870年9月1日，协会举行首次公开集会。其中，菲利普·弗朗西斯·约翰逊积极为协会展开数次竞选活动。
自治政府协会最终于1873年改组为自治联盟。
