脊椎病变（spondylopathies）是所有影响椎骨疾病的总称。当有发炎时，被称为脊椎炎。若影响到脊椎关节时，则称为脊椎关节病变，但许多疾病会同时合并脊椎-病变（spondylo-pathy）和脊椎-关节-病变（spondylo-ARTHO-pathy）。
