美洲箭齿鲽（学名：Atheresthes stomas）为辐鳍鱼纲鲽形目鲽亚目鲽科的其中一种，为温带海水鱼，分布于北太平洋区，从俄罗斯至美国加州海域，栖息深度18-950米，尾部的些微新月状，胸鳍小，背鳍软条92-109枚、臀鳍软条72-90枚，体长可达84公分，栖息在软底质底层水域，以鱼类及甲壳类为食，生活习性不明，为高经济食用鱼及游钓鱼。
