美国总统就职宣誓

美国总统就职宣誓（英语：Oath of office of the president of the United States），是美国总统就职时所作的宣誓或誓词。美国宪法第二条第一节第八节规定了宣誓的措辞，新总统在行使或履行任何官方权力或职责之前必须宣誓。

首席大法官约翰·罗伯茨于2021年1月20日主持乔·拜登的总统就职宣誓。

该条款是宪法中的三个宣誓或确认条款之一，但是唯一实际指定必须说出的词语的条款。第一条第三款要求参议员在审理弹劾案时必须“宣誓或确认”。第六条第三款同样要求其中规定的人员“受宣誓或声明的约束，支持本宪法”^[1]。总统宣誓要求的不仅仅是效忠和忠诚的一般宣誓。该条款要求新总统宣誓或申明：“我将尽我所能，维护、保护和捍卫合众国宪法”^[2][3]。

文字内容

Before he enter on the Execution of his Office, he shall take the following Oath or Affirmation:— "I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."^[4]
