落款，又称署名、下款，或简称款，系在书画上题署姓名、字号、书写年月、诗、跋等。

落款的形式很多，大体上可分为单款与双款。单款是作者自题款，也就是仅留下作者相关讯息；双款则是同时留下作者与受者的讯息。
