穆祥豪（1935年—2021年11月11日），男，回族，天津人，中国游泳运动员、教练员，中国国家游泳队原总教练。1989年被评为建国40年以来杰出教练员。[1][2]
1988年穆祥豪移居美国，1989-1992年任爱荷华大学男子游泳队副总教练，1992-1996年任普林斯顿大学男子游泳队副总教练。1995年获美国教育理事会国际职业级教练称号；2006年于纽约创办祥豪游泳俱乐部，并开设游泳培训中心，2008年夏季奥林匹克运动会游泳比赛成为美国国家队泳手丽贝卡·索尼之教练[3]。
穆祥豪于2021年11月11日于美国新泽西州普林斯顿的家中因心脏病发离世，享年86岁，及后于同年11月20日下午在当地举行出殡仪式。[4]
