卢森堡奥林匹克及体育协会（法语：Comité Olympique et Sportif Luxembourgeois）是卢森堡的国家奥林匹克委员会和体育部门。该组织成立于1912年，是国际奥林匹克委员会和欧洲奥林匹克委员会的成员。1912年，首次派员参加在瑞典斯德哥尔摩举行的夏季奥运会[1]。
现时，卢森堡奥林匹克及体育协会的总部设在施特拉森，主席是André Hoffmann，他于2012年起出任此职。
