甘草糖是用光果甘草的根提炼出的甜食。在欧洲用于制造糖果，在阿拉伯国家如埃及、叙利亚用于做饮料。德语称之为Lakritz，英语称之为Liquorice，韩语意译为감초사탕（汉字写法：甘草砂糖）。
