牙买加总督（Governor-General of Jamaica），是牙买加君主在牙买加的全权代表。牙买加于1962年9月18日从英国独立。独立后实行君主立宪，奉英国君主查理三世为牙买加的国家元首，因为国王居住在英国，因此牙买加君主职务由牙买加总督代行职权。[1]牙买加总理、反对党领袖、内阁部长、议员、参议院、首席法官和司法机构的其他成员皆由牙买加总督任命。[2]
