浙醋,又称大红浙醋,是一种起源于中国浙江食醋,色泽红润。浙醋是使用糯米酿制,并加入了红米麹增添色彩。不少人在吃鱼翅羹时,都会加入少许浙醋中和鱼翅的腥味。另外香港人亦有在小笼包、锅贴、蛇羮、碗仔翅等加入浙醋调味。
