洪根深（1946年10月24日—）是台湾当代画家，任教于高雄师范大学美术系，创作以现代水墨为主。洪根深出生于澎湖，1972年后移居高雄。[1]他是“砂岛画会联展”、“心象画会”与“高雄市现代画学会”等艺术家社群的共同创立者。[2]，同时也曾是美术杂志《艺术界》的发行人。[3]
