法兰克福肠（德语：Frankfurter Würstchen）是德国一种香肠，由猪肉（有时会混合其他肉类）掺入羊肠衣制成，起源于法兰克福，因而得名。一般只需用水灼熟至八分钟，即可食用。法兰克福肠在传至美国后，因多被夹入热狗食用，也有热狗肠之称。
