法国反恐与人质救援部队（法文：Escouade de contre-terrorisme et de libération d'otages，缩写：ECTLO），前称近距离战斗部队（法文：Groupe de Combat en Milieu Clos，缩写：GCMC），为法国海军的特种部队。
法国海军于1994年设立GCMC以进行海上反恐工作，于2001年改名为ECTLO，目前整合进COFUSCO由统括法国军队特种作战的特种作战司令部（COS）负责指挥。本部队约有30名干员，分为来自豪伯特突击队（Commando Jaubert）与崔佩尔突击队（Commando Trepel）两个法国海军突击队伍的小队，每支小队由15人组成。
此外，该部队也有与休伯特突击队（Commando Hubert）等其他法军特种部队合作的情况。
