沃伦·黑斯廷斯 FRS（英语：Warren Hastings，1732年12月6日—1818年8月22日），英国殖民地官员，长年在印度各地任职，1773年至1785年为首任印度总督（当时职称为威廉堡省总督）。他卸任返回英国后，被指控在印度供职期间管治失当，而且卷入贪腐丑闻，面临被国会弹劾。英国国会对黑斯廷斯的弹劾聆讯在1787年展开，经过断续的聆讯，至七年后的1795年才审结，最终被裁定指控不成立。黑斯廷斯晚年在1814年获委任为枢密院顾问官。
