气候突变

气候突变指的是气候在短期内发生剧烈变化的现象。石炭纪雨林崩溃事件^[1]、新仙女木事件^[2]、丹斯伽阿德-厄施格尔周期、哈因里奇事件等都是气候突变造成的^[3]。新仙女木事件时，地球气温在不到十年间就发生了10 °C（18 °F）^[4]。在全球暖化的现代，气候突变也是人类安全的重大威胁之一。^[5]
