民主公义协会（英语：Association for Democracy and Justice）是于1980年代中活跃于香港政界的自由主义政治组织，香港民主民生协进会的前身。协会于《中英联合声明》签订后的1985年成立，目标是准备未来的议会选举中竞逐多个公职[1]，通过唤起香港人对全港范围选举的政治意识，以至达成社会机会平等，自由、民主、公平[2]。组织成员包括劳工组织、工会及宗教界人士，大多数是香港基督教工业委员会的成员，当中知名人士包括基督教工委会成员陈立侨、刘千石、卢龙光。
