横带锥海龙（学名：Phoxocampus diacanthus），为辐鳍鱼纲棘背鱼目海龙鱼科的其中一种，分布于印度太平洋区，包括斯里兰卡、台湾、香港、印尼、菲律宾、澳大利亚、关岛、马绍尔群岛、密克罗尼西亚、马里亚纳群岛、新喀里多尼亚、汤加等海域，栖息深度可达40米，体长可达8.7公分，栖息在珊瑚礁、岩礁区或海藻床。
