树螺科（学名：Helicinidae），又名䗉螺科[2][3]、䗉蜗牛科[4][5]或无脐蜗牛科[6]，是软体动物门腹足纲之下的一个科，旧属蜑螺总科（Neritacea），今独立出来成为树螺总科之下唯一的一个科。本科的物种在其壳口均有厣可封盖其壳。皆为陆生。
虽然本科物种在外表跟陆地上呼吸空气的蜗牛很相似，但其实在分类学来说，两者的分歧颇大。
本科物种的分布比较奇怪：牠们生活于热带及亚热带地区，但只限于加勒比海的岛屿及部分印度太平洋区及太平洋的岛屿，也在亚洲及澳大利亚大陆的边缘地区生活。
根据2005年《布歇特和洛克罗伊的腹足类分类》的分类，本科由蜑螺总科之下转为成立独立的一个总科[7]。本科由六个亚科组成，分别如下：
