桶仔鸡,又叫瓮仔鸡、瓮缸鸡、瓮窑鸡或窑烤鸡,为一种烤鸡,因烧烤时将鸡放入铁桶或瓮缸而得名,是一种台湾料理。端上餐桌后要将整只鸡戴着棉手套现拆,属于一种手扒鸡。[1][注 1]沾料常附上胡椒盐、烤鸡时所流下的风味鸡油。
用圆柱形铁桶把腌制过的全鸡以悬吊的方式挂在桶中,桶口加盖,下面用碳火熏烤。[2]
