林小明（Daneil Shiu-ming LAM，1962年—），广东人，出生香港，制片人。现任寰宇国际（1046.HK）集团主席兼执行董事。2002年，获香港工业总会颁发香港青年工业家奖。

1962年 香港出生
1984年 在成立寰宇国际之前，他先后做镭射影碟售货员。
1986年 林小明和配偶赵雪英女士创立寰宇国际。
1999年 成功把寰宇国际在香港交易所上市。
1999年 成立寰宇国际旗下之寰宇音乐。
