东哈勒尔盖地区（Misraq Hararghe Zone）是埃塞俄比亚奥罗米亚州的12个地区之一，面积24,900.21平方公里，南西面是谢贝利河，西面接壤西哈勒尔盖地区，东面是索马里州。根据埃塞俄比亚中央统计局2005年的资料，东哈勒尔盖人口约2,555,635，其中男性1,298,104人，女性1,257,531人，6.9%居民住在市区，人口密度为每平方公里102.64人。[1]
