拓跋弗（？—294年），中国西晋时期索头部鲜卑族领袖，293年至294年在位，是南北朝时期北魏皇帝的先祖。其父为拓跋沙漠汗，前任首领拓跋绰是其叔父。
293年，因拓跋绰去世而继位。《魏书·序记》载其“聪哲有大度，为诸父兄所重。政崇宽简，百姓怀服。”294年去世，其另一叔父拓跋禄官继立。
子拓跋郁律，后也成为首领。
